How can I buy online the tickets for Parco Natura Viva?

The online purchase procedure is very simple. You must register at the portal, choose the type of ticket to purchase and insert your credit card number. The system will send an e-mail of confirmed receipt (attached you will find the PDF with the Barcode-Ticket necessary to enter the Park). If in future you want to make further purchases, you may avoid registering your personal data again: the system will memorize them and enable a faster and easier procedure.

Can I buy more than one ticket in one transaction?

You may easily purchase a number of tickets, for instance for the children, for other family members or for friends, in a single transaction as well.

Which policy is adopted with children?

For children aged 6-12 years, it is possible to purchase the Ticket for Children, which is discounted compared to the Ticket for Adults. 

At Parco Natura Viva, children aged 0-5 years benefit from a Ticket for Babies, free of charge, although it is necessary to go through the turnstiles at the entrance. You may purchase online a Ticket for Babies as well, so long as you have in the cart at least one ticket for adults. The support staff at the turnstiles shall attend to the task of checking and verifying the correct use of the tickets for Babies, Children and Adults.

I would like to add more than 1 ticket for BABY to my purchase, but I am unable to finalize the transaction. Why?

Our computer system allows the purchase of maximum two (1) ticket for BABIES for EACH (1) ticket for ADULTS purchased.
The ratio is 1 Adult >> maximum 1 Baby.
A few examples:
- If in the cart I have 1 adult and 1 baby, I can make the purchase.
- If in the cart I have 2 adult and 2 babiy, I can make the purchase.
- If in the cart I have 1 adult and 2 babies, I cannot make the purchase. If need be, in this scenario it is possible to “purchase” free of charge the second or third ticket for babies directly at the Park Office.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is necessary to prevent any frauds. You should bear in mind that the Entrance Staff of the Park is authorised to conduct checks on the correct use of the tickets purchased.

Will a Purchase Confirmation E-mail be sent to me?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration, setting out the information relating to the purchase (heading, type of ticket, rate, validity).
Attached to the confirmation e-mail you will find the ticket, that must be used directly at the optical character readers situated in the Park’s two entrance gates (Safari section and Fauna Park section) by producing it on printed paper.
*NB: Our character readers are also enabled to read the ticket code on a smartphone, but as a precaution we kindly ask you to bring along the paper receipt as well.

What Product types may I purchase online?

You may buy: 

- Memberships (valid 365 days, with an unlimited number of entries)
- Tickets (valid for just one entry).
o There are Open Tickets (they may be used on any day prior to the expiry date) or:
o Preset Date Tickets (they may only be used on the date selected at the time of purchase). You may browse the Prices online.

Are there facilitations for groups?

Parco Natura Viva provides discounts to groups and schools, but such tickets are not open to purchase online. To discover how to access these discounted fares and book the visit to Parco Natura Viva, please consult the Timetable and Prices section at the address HOURS AND PRICES

When in possession of the purchased online tickets, can I skip the queue?

The purchaser of an online ticket is entitled to priority access to the Parco Natura Viva section called “Faunistico – Fauna Park”, and may use the barcode set out on the relevant page of his Order Confirmation for an automatic reading thereof at the Skidata entrance Turnstiles without going through the Cashier Offices. The purchaser of an online ticket, however, is NOT entitled to priority access to the Parco Natura Viva car section called “Safari – Safari Park”, inasmuch as the structure itself of the Safari does not permit it: upon arrival at the Safari, he will have to observe the car queue at the entrance, show the online ticket (with barcode) to the cashier for it to be read by an optical character Reader, and then go in.

I have a discount card from an organisation linked by agreement to the Parco Natura Viva. May I use it jointly with the online ticket?

Purchase of the online ticket CANNOT be combined with other commercial initiatives underway, save for promotions or discounts specifically created to be used online only. In order to use any discount cards, discount vouchers or other methods from structures linked by agreement to the Park, you must necessarily bring the relevant documentation to the Ticket Cash Office "Cassa" ("Cassa Faunistico" or "Cassa Safari") and buy the ticket there.

How does the Online Open Ticket work?

The “Online Open Ticket” is a ticket purchased online, utilizable on any day the Park is open between the date of purchase itself and the last day of the Park’s Regular Open Season (printed on the ticket itself). Prices are indicated on the site. Validity: valid for a 1 day visit. It permits 1 entry to the SAFARI SECTION e 1 entry to the FAUNA PARK SECTION of Parco Natura Viva, to be carried out over the course of the same day. The open day ticket may be purchased at any time and is valid at once. Once this ticket has been SCANNED by the SKIDATA optical character reader at the Park, it has been "used". This entails that the visitor may use it, on that day, to enter one of the other sections of Parco Natura Viva, after which the ticket will no longer be valid. 

The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract of purchase of the ticket in electronic format, as it is a contract for the provision of leisure services referred to in article 59(1)(n) of the Code itself (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014). Accordingly, no refund of the ticket price paid is envisaged in the event of waiver by the Customer.

How does the Preset Date Online Ticket work?

The “Online preset date ticket” is ticket purchased online, open to use solely on the day it was previously selected for through the “Calendar” available on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are indicated on the site.
Validity: valid for a 1 day visit. It permits 1 entry to the SAFARI SECTION e 1 entry to the FAUNA PARK SECTION of Parco Natura Viva, to be carried out over the course of the same day. The preset date ticket may only be purchased at least 24 hours prior to the selected date and is valid for that day only. Once this ticket has been SCANNED by the SKIDATA optical character reader at the Park, it has been used.

The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract of purchase of the ticket in electronic format, as it is a contract for the provision of leisure services referred to in article 59(1)(n) of the Code itself (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014). Accordingly, no refund of the ticket price paid is envisaged in the event of waiver by the Customer.

How does the online purchase of Memberships work?

The duration of the membership is one solar year from the Effective Date inserted at the time of the online purchase. The “Effective Date” entry corresponds to the effective Date of the 365 days of validity, and may differ from the Date of Online Purchase of the membership. 

Purchase of the online membership may not be combined with other commercial initiatives underway.
Parco Natura Viva may refuse access to the site to any possessor of a Membership proved to have been bought illegally.
The 365-day validity of the membership will run from the “Validity Date” selected by the customer at the time of the online purchase.
Following the online purchase, the customer must carry out his first visit to Parco Natura Viva, bringing along with him the Purchase Confirmation received (in printed version or even in PDF version on smartphone or tablet) and attend at the MEMBERSHIP OFFICE situated in the Fauna Park Section of Parco Natura Viva, to confirm the data inserted and collect his own Magnetic Card.

What is going to change from Individual Membership to Family Membership?

On this website, you may purchase two types of membership. INDIVIDUAL memberships include one person only. Family Memberships, instead, represent special discounted packages that include more than one person as described in the relevant Fares section.


Do I have to insert the data of membership holders ?

At the time of making the online purchase, you will be asked to insert the data of all the persons in whose names the purchased memberships are held. You may later edit such data, if incorrectly inserted, in the:

“My Account” >> “Manage the team” section,

where you might edit all the data of the persons included or include new ones. If you have any doubts about this procedure, we recommend you to buy the membership directly at the Membership Office of the Faunal section, where our staff will be able to answer all your questions and advise you on the membership formula best suited to you.

Payment rejected or pending. What will happen now?

On the payment window, payment was rejected. What will happen now?

There was a problem with payment associated with your credit card:

- there might not be money available in it,

- the card might not be activated or not activated for online purchases,

- or a problem caused by an excessively slow connection might have interrupted the transaction,

- or there might have been some other problems likewise associated with the credit card circuits.

If in the order summary window you see the words “payment rejected”, your order has been cancelled. You will receive an e-mail from our system confirming you that no amount has been debited to your card. At this point, the purchase, if need be, has to be made from scratch (but you are still registered on the website, hence you will not have to repeat the registration procedure): add the products to your cart, confirm the purchase and try to insert the data of another credit card, or try again with the first credit card if in the meantime you have discovered the source of the problem that was previously blocking its operation. 

I have confirmed the Order, but I have not made payment yet (and maybe I will never do it). What will happen? 

The order is pending. No amount has been debited, but no ticket or membership has been sent either. To unblock the order, you must enter the customer area, select the order and complete the payment.

If the payment is never made, the order will remain "pending" until its expiry date.

I cannot find the order confirmation email!

Unfortunately, ANTISPAM systems confuse e-mail of this kind. Check in your spam/junk mail folder. Check also whether you have correctly inserted your e-mail address at the time you registered.
It is possible to edit one’s' registration data (name, surname, e-mail, password) through the personal panel of shop.parconaturaviva.it :

I bought some tickets, and I would like to give them to my friends as gifts. Is it possible?

We confirm that it is possible to gift the tickets purchased to another person for the latter to use them, provided that he corresponds AGE-wise to the category of tickets purchased.

The sale thereof is not permitted.

If you want to HIDE THE PRICE of the product you want to gift, you can do this: after the purchase, enter your Reserved Area (My Account) and go to "My Orders". Choose the ORDER with the tickets you want to gift. For each ticket, click "Send product via Email, and then check "Hide price". The ticket will be sent to the email address indicated (your, or your friend's) with the PDF without the price.
